The Wikipedia entry for 'Aggressive Panhandling' (begging) reads;
'In general, aggressive panhandling is a solicitation made in person for immediate donation of money or other gratuity. This may be done by vocal appeal (asking, requesting, coercing (badgering), sympathy appeals, harassment, threats, or demands) or by nonvocal appeal (usage of signs or other signals gestures, postures, children, animals, or props such as toys & musical instruments). It is a habitual manipulative, coercive, or intimidatory use of another individual's sympathy, fear, guilt, or insecurity for monetary gain.'

'FAITH, HOPE & CHARITY The three theological virtues, which in one important Grade in Masonry are confused unintelligently with the cardinal, are identical in the deeper sense of their symbolism with the three great pillars by which every Lodge is supported emblematically, namely, Wisdom, Strength & Beauty.' - A. E. Waite
'A New Encyclopaedia Of Freemasonry' (1921).

'The BBC kept more than £100,000 viewers had pledged to charity for itself. Staff knowingly withheld money that should have gone to causes including Children in Need & Comic Relief.  In another hammer blow to TV's reputation, the corporation has been ordered by its own ruling body, the BBC Trust, to apologise for the scandal on air.'

I did a gig with BBC's 'Whistling' Bobber 2 Harris over here in Jersey last year, he never stopped scrounging off
people the whole time, 'dig deep', constantly, 'any spare change?', maybe he was on a guilt trip over Napalming
all those millions of German teeny-boppers during the war
